Visa Processing Officer

You will make sure every pilgrim’s Umrah visa is applied for correctly and on time. You will check documents, submit applications and keep customers and the sales team updated until the visa is issued.
What you will do
- Check passports, photos and other documents before submission
- Submit Umrah visa applications on the official portal
- Track each application and follow up on delays
- Tell the sales team and customers when visas are issued or need corrections
- Keep a clear record of every application and its status
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year in visa processing or travel documentation
- Careful with details: one wrong letter can delay a visa
- Comfortable with online portals, MS Excel and email
- Good written English and Urdu
- Graduate preferred
