Reservations Executive (Ticketing)

You will handle air ticket bookings for Umrah and Hajj groups and individual travellers. You will work closely with our sales team and airline partners to get pilgrims the right seats at the right fare, on time.
What you will do
- Book, reissue and refund tickets on the GDS for groups and individuals
- Hold and confirm group seats for Umrah departures
- Share fares and itineraries with the sales team and clients quickly
- Track ticketing deadlines so no booking expires
- Keep booking records and daily sales reports up to date
What we are looking for
- 2–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel company
- Working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
- Good understanding of Umrah group bookings and airline fare rules
- Clear spoken English and Urdu; Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
