Hotel Operations Coordinator

Based in Makkah, you will make sure our pilgrims get the rooms they booked. You will work with partner hotels on check-ins, room allocation and any problem that comes up during the stay.
What you will do
- Send rooming lists to partner hotels before each group arrives
- Be present at check-in for groups and solve room issues on the spot
- Confirm allotments and releases with hotels each week
- Keep the Lahore team updated on availability and changes
- Handle guest complaints quickly and politely
What we are looking for
- 3 years or more in hotel operations or Umrah ground handling
- Good knowledge of hotels around the Haram
- Arabic, Urdu and basic English
- Valid residency or the ability to work in Saudi Arabia
- Calm under pressure in peak season
