B2B Agent Relations Executive

You will look after the travel agents who book Umrah through Meezab. You will help new agents get started, answer their questions and keep them booking with us season after season.
What you will do
- Register new B2B agents and walk them through our booking system
- Answer agent questions on rates, hotels and availability
- Visit and call agents across Punjab to grow bookings
- Pass agent feedback to the reservations and hotels teams
- Report monthly agent sales and new sign-ups
What we are looking for
- 2 years or more in B2B sales or account management, ideally in travel
- Good network among travel agents is a plus
- Clear communication in Urdu and English
- Willing to travel within Punjab
- Bachelor's degree preferred
