Umrah Sales Officer

You will talk to people planning Umrah, understand what they need, and help them choose the right package. Most leads come from our ad campaigns on WhatsApp and phone, so quick, friendly follow-up matters.
What you will do
- Reply to new leads on WhatsApp and phone the same day
- Explain Umrah packages: hotels, distance from Haram, visa, flights and transport
- Send quotes and follow up until the customer decides
- Collect documents and hand confirmed bookings to the operations team
- Record every lead and its status in the CRM
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in travel or Umrah
- Confident on phone and WhatsApp, with clear Urdu and good English
- Basic knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels is a plus
- Comfortable working towards monthly targets
- Intermediate or above
