Transport Coordinator

You will plan the buses and cars that move our pilgrims between airports, hotels and ziyarat sites in Saudi Arabia, working with our transport partners there.
What you will do
- Book airport, intercity and ziyarat transport for each group
- Share pick-up times and driver details with groups and agents
- Follow up with transport partners on delays and changes
- Keep a daily transport schedule up to date
- Check partner invoices against the trips done
What we are looking for
- 2 years or more in travel operations or transport coordination
- Organised, with a good eye for times and details
- Clear communication in Urdu; Arabic is a plus
- Comfortable working early mornings in peak season
- Intermediate or above
