A three-month internship for fresh graduates who want to start in travel. You will answer customer questions, help the sales team and learn how Umrah bookings work from start to finish.
What you will do
- Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages
- Share package details and pass serious enquiries to sales
- Call customers to collect missing documents
- Update customer records in the CRM
- Help prepare travel documents for departing groups
What we are looking for
- Fresh graduate or final-year student
- Polite, patient and clear on the phone
- Good Urdu and basic English
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in the travel industry
