Reservations and Ticketing
Every package a pilgrim buys is priced and held here. You work airline GDS and hotel inventory together, keep room blocks honest, and get the paperwork right the first time, because a wrong date on a voucher becomes somebody standing in a lobby in Makkah.
What you will do
- Price and build Umrah and Hajj packages from live hotel and seat availability
- Issue tickets, reissue and refund through the GDS, and handle schedule changes
- Hold, release and reconcile room blocks in Makkah and Madinah with our hotel contacts
- Produce vouchers, confirmations and rooming lists for each departure
- Flag pricing or availability risk to Sales before a promise is made
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
- A careful eye for dates, names and passport details; you check twice
- Calm under peak-season pressure, when several groups move at once
- IATA or equivalent training is welcome but not required
