Operations turns a confirmed booking into a journey that actually happens: visas issued in time, documents complete, buses where they should be, and a group that reaches its hotel without a gap in the plan.

What you will do

• Prepare and submit Umrah and Hajj visa applications, and track them to issue
• Check passports, documentation and group manifests before every departure
• Coordinate ground transport, airport handling and hotel check-ins with Saudi partners
• Manage group movement between Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah, including Ziyarat schedules
• Keep Customer Services informed the moment a plan changes

What we are looking for

• Two years or more in travel operations, visa processing or ground handling
• A methodical approach to documents and deadlines
• Working Arabic is useful for supplier coordination but not required
• Available for extended hours during peak season
