We hire across sales, reservations, operations, customer services, finance and technology, in offices spread across the country. You run that process properly, and stay involved after the offer letter.
What you will do
- Own recruitment end to end: job posts, screening, interview scheduling and offers
- Run onboarding so a new joiner is productive in their first week, not their first month
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
- Support managers with appraisals, training plans and difficult conversations
- Keep policy and practice aligned with Pakistani labour law
What we are looking for
- Two years or more in an HR generalist or recruitment role
- An MBA in HR, or equivalent experience
- Genuine discretion; people will tell you things in confidence
- Comfortable travelling occasionally to our other offices
